Rays' Garza fans nine in fourth win of season

Matt Garza collected nine strikeouts and his fourth win of the season Thursday as the Rays smashed the Royals 11-1.
The Rays are sitting atop the American League East standings with an MLB-best 17-5 record and are undoubtedly baseball's hottest team. Garza has been a big part of that -- as has the entire Tampa rotation -- and he now stands 4-1 on the young season with a 2.06 ERA and 1.14 WHIP. The guy's a must-start in any fantasy format, especially next week against the Mariners.
