Feb. 14, 2012 - 3:10 PM ET

Kyrie Irving (concussion) will start and play normal minutes as soon as he is cleared.

Irving practiced on Tuesday and is fully expected to receive complete clearance from the NBA's independent doctor ahead of Wednesday's game against the Pacers. In the 10 games prior to his concussion, Irving was playing 31.6 minutes per game. Backup Ramon Sessions will go back to his usual 24-28 minutes off the bench.
