Zemgus Girgensons hurt in the AHL

Zemgus Girgensons was rocked by a late hit from Syracuse winger Richard Panik Saturday night and he'll be sidelined for at least a week with what may be a concussion.
The Sabres chose Girgensons with the 14th overall selection in the 2012 draft and he might've received a look at training camp if he wasn't hurt. The Latvian center has notched three goals and nine points in 33 games during his rookie AHL campaign.
