RFA Ryan O'Reilly hasn't left the KHL yet

Ryan O'Reilly is still playing with the KHL's Metallurg Magnitogorsk.
O'Reilly is a restricted free agent and waiting for the Colorado Avalanche to present him with an offer. O'Reilly took a huge leap forward in 2011-12 by scoring 18 goals and 55 points in 81 games. He'll probably want a contract that reflects those accomplishments, but the Avalanche might hesitate to make a long-term commitment until they're comfortable that he won't regress.
