Free agents - both restricted and unrestricted - must wait for a CBA to be finalized before they can sign new contracts.
The most interesting cases likely lie in the RFA's: P.K. Subban and Jamie Benn rank among the biggest impact players in need of agreements. Ryan O'Reilly's situation is odd, too, because he technically has a two-year deal in the KHL.
