Calgary Flame prospect Markus Granlund scored two goals as well as the shootout winner in Finland's 5-4 overtime win against Switzerland in World Junior Hockey Championship action Sunday.
The Finns overcame an early 2-0 deficit on the strength of Granlund's goals and two by Blackhawk prospect Teuvo Teravainen. Finland now sports a 2-1 record but sits third in the Group A standings with five points, one behind the Czech Republic and three behind Sweden. Buffalo prospect Joel Armia registered an assist in the loss and Alexsander Barkov, who will likely be the top European player selected in this coming June's entry draft, added a helper.
