IIHF hands Boone Jenner a 3-game suspension

Boone Jenner has received a three-game suspension by the IIHF for his late hit on Swedish defenseman Jesper Pettersson during a World Junior Championship tune-up game.
As a result, Jenner will not be eligible to play for Canada in their contests against Germany, Slovakia, and America. He will be allowed to return for Canada's game against Russia to wrap-up the Preliminary Round. Pettersson is out of the tournament with a fractured wrist and dislocated shoulder.
