Ryan Miller misses Friday's practice

Ryan Miller (upper body) didn't take part in Friday's practice.
Miller will accompany the Sabres on their upcoming two-game road trip. They will play Washington on Saturday and Carolina on Sunday, but Miller should be considered doubtful for both contests. "It'll really depend on where he's at tomorrow," coach Lindy Ruff said. "He's doing OK. He's still day-to-day with an upper-body injury." We'll keep you posted.
