Bobrovsky can't get first career SO
Sergei Bobrovsky - G - Philadelphia Flyers
March 31, 2011 - 11:50 PM ET

Sergei Bobrovsky allowed the game-winning goal at the 10:22 mark of the third period in the Flyers' 1-0 loss to the Atlanta Thrashers on Thursday night.

Bobrovsky was desperately vying for his first career NHL shutout, but to no avail. The rookie has been outstanding for the Flyers this season and is definitely in the conversation for the Calder Trophy awarded to the NHL's best freshman. Interestingly however, teammate Brian Boucher has been getting a lot of starts in recent times, and it will be interesting to see who the Flyers elect to go with in the postseason
