Konopka to play through ankle injury

Zenon Konopka is projected to play on Thursday after hurting his ankle in Wednesday's loss to New Jersey.
Coach Jack Capuano said the decision to play would be Konopka's to make and he has embraced the Islanders-Rangers rivalry to the point where he called this contest the "biggest game of the year." Konopka has played through several injuries this season, so we don't expect him to pull out now.
