Blackhawks poor in the third period

The Chicago Blackhawks have given up 83 goals in the third period this season.
The defending Stanley Cup Champions are in a battle for the eighth and final playoff spot in the Western Conference and their poor play in the third period is a major reason why they have not clinched a playoff spot as of yet. The total was the fifth worst in the NHL going into games on Wednesday.
