Brewers' Narveson goes four scoreless for win
Chris Narveson - R - Milwaukee Brewers
March 16, 2010 - 6:45 PM ET

Chris Narveson scattered five hits over four scoreless innings Tuesday in a victory against the Royals.

OK, so it was a lineup that featured Willie Bloomquist leading off, Jason Kendall batting second and Scott Thorman cleaning up. Narveson, though, is now up to nine scoreless innings for the spring, and while he did give up some hits today, he allowed just one in five innings entering the game. Narveson is probably seventh on the Brewers' starting pitching depth chart right now, which means he could start the season next in line if either Jeff Suppan or Dave Bush gets released. Regardless, he'll probably have a spot in middle relief.
