Dvorak leaves early with an upper injury

Radek Dvorak sustained an upper-body injury in the first period of Tuesday's game in Montreal.
He ended up playing just 3:40 of ice time before leaving and not returning. Consider him day-to-day for now until we can update his condition. Dvorak has earned just one assist in 13 games with Atlanta since coming over from Florida at the trade deadline.
