The league is not considering suspending Todd Bertuzzi for elbowing Chicago's Ryan Johnson in the head.
Johnson needed stitches on his ear, but he did pass a concussion test. Johnson said that he didn't believe Bertuzzi did "anything malicious" and he pointed out that Bertuzzi was "very apologetic" after the incident. Bertuzzi received a five-minute major penalty and a game misconduct for his actions.
