Yanks option Nova to Triple-A

Yankees optioned RHP Ivan Nova to Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre.
Nova allowed one run in four innings of work during exhibition action. The big right-hander was 5-4 with a 2.36 ERA in 12 starts with Double-A Trenton last season, but struggled upon a promotion to Triple-A, posting a 5.10 ERA over 12 starts. He probably won't strike out enough batters to be all that successful, but hopefully he improves with a repeat at the Triple-A level.
