Marian Gaborik (shoulder) is expected to be ready to play if the 2012-13 NHL campaign begins in January.
The lockout has afforded him plenty of time to rehab from the shoulder surgery he required back in June. Gaborik has been pleased with his progress and he hasn't been rushed to return because there haven't been any games to miss, so he's been able to move at his own pace.
