Max Reinhart called scoring his first goal of the 2012-13 AHL campaign on Dec. 4 a "massive relief."
Reinhart was playing in his 20th contest of the season before he finally found the back of the net. He scored again on Sunday. "I don't think I've ever gone that long without scoring a goal," Reinhart said. "I was hitting a lot of posts. I was getting some goalies making some pretty good saves on me, and the frustration was building and building." Reinhart is trying to adjust to the AHL after scoring 28 goals and 78 points in 61 WHL contests last season. He has four points in 23 AHL games in 2012-13.
