QMJHL hands Huberdeau a 4-game suspension
Jonathan Huberdeau - C - Florida Panthers
Dec. 10, 2012 - 5:45 PM ET

Jonathan Huberdeau has been handed a four-game suspension by the QMJHL.

Huberdeau is being punished for two separate violations that both come with an automatic suspension. The first is instigating a fight in the last five minutes of a game where one team has a lead of at least two goals. The second is using physical force against an official in an attempt to break free during or immediately after a fight. Huberdeau is arguably the Florida Panthers top prospect. He has 16 goals and 45 points in 30 games this season.
