Owners might not be at next CBA talks

NHL deputy commissioner Bill Daly doesn't think any owners will participate in the next CBA negotiating session.
It's still not clear when that meeting will take place. Daly has previously suggested that a smaller negotiating group than the one featured at last week's players-owners meeting might be preferable, so this news could be a reflection of that.
