Report: NHL will scrap games through Dec. 30

The NHL will reportedly scrap all games through Dec. 30.
That represents another two weeks lost due to the ongoing lockout. The silver lining is that's probably the bare minimum the NHL would possibly eliminate at this point, given how much time would be needed to get the season underway if the lockout were to end soon. The NHL season can still be saved, but obviously there's not a lot of time left.
