Dwight Howard dealing with back spasms

Dwight Howard reportedly spent Thursday afternoon in a doctor's office dealing with back spasms according to TNT's Craig Sager.
This is the first we've heard of this today but not the first time we've heard of Howard dealing with minor back trouble. He started Thursday's game against the Celtics but landed on the bench early after picking up two quick fouls. We'll update you if the injury takes on a more serious nature, and for now owners can rest easy knowing it's not serious.
