Craig Anderson made 29 saves, not including five more in the shootout as the Ottawa Senators defeated the New York Rangers 2-1 on Thursday night.
Another solid night of work for Anderson who was rewarded for his solid play with a four-year contract extension just a few days ago. He is 20-19-3 this season with a .909 save percentage and a 2.93 goals-against average. Take those numbers with a grain of salt, because he has been much better since coming over to the Sens in a mid-February trade with the Avalanche.
