Ryan Miller lost his temper during the round of talks between the players and owners this past Thursday.
He was the player who snapped at Jeremy Jacobs when the Bruins' owner said they were pulling everything off the table. "The owners wanted to leave the room and pull everything we spent a full day on. I asked them to stay and continue pushing through. I may have been passionate but there was no disrespect or calling out one owner by name. I have a lot of respect for any owner because they are a big part of hockey, Miller explained. The season is quickly fading away and unless there is some real progress in the next few weeks there will not be enough time to get players back to North America, in shape and play a 48-game schedule before the first week in May.
