Ryan Kesler referees a road hockey game

Ryan Kesler acted as the referee for a road hockey game.
"It's just a good time," Kesler said. "Obviously, the fans are missing hockey and it's something we can do for them." Kesler has been recovering from shoulder and wrist injuries, which has actually led to him getting paychecks during the lockout. Kesler isn't expected to be ready until January and it now seems doubtful that the NHL will play in any games in December anyways.
