Ryan O'Reilly joins Metallurg Magnitogorsk

Ryan O'Reilly has signed with Metallurg Magnitogorsk of the KHL.
O'Reilly broke out in 2011-12 with 18 goals and 55 points in 81 games with the Colorado Avalanche. That came in the final season of his entry-level contract and he was due to get a big raise. However, he wasn't able to agree to terms with the Avalanche before the lockout began, so he's still technically a restricted free agent.
