Report: NHLPA presents league with new offer

According to TSN's Aaron Ward, the NHLPA has presented NHL with a new proposal.
The offer was submitted after the board of governors meeting. The two sides are believed to be more willing to make concessions, so these talks may actually result in progress being made. However, we've also seen the negotiations go south in hurry during this lockout, so we'll wait with everyone else in the cautiously optimistic camp.
