Dana Tyrell signs with Slovak Extraliga team

Dana Tyrell has agreed to a lockout deal with HC Banska Bystrica of the Slovak Extraliga.
He skated in 26 games with Tampa Bay last year, but missed the final 35 contests of the regular season due to an ACL injury in his right knee that required reconstructive surgery to repair. He'll look to get back into game shape overseas with the NHL lockout still going.
