David Savard assists on two goals in win

David Savard notched two assists in Springfield's 5-4 victory over Manchester on Friday night.
Between Tim Erixon, Jack Johnson, Ryan Murray and Savard, the Jackets have no shortage of young, talented blueliners in their system. Savard is considered a great puck-mover with the chance to be a very good top-pairing power play defenseman. Thus far, the 22-year-old has 15 points on the season. Springfield scored all five of its goals in the third period.
