Claude Giroux (neck) is receiving treatment
Claude Giroux - C - Philadelphia Flyers
Nov. 28, 2012 - 5:45 PM ET

According to his agent, Pat Brisson, Claude Giroux has been undergoing treatment for his neck injury at the Carrick Institute at Life University in Marietta, Ga.

His treatments began on Monday under Ted Carrick, who specializes in chiropractic neurology and worked with Sidney Crosby, Jonathan Toews and Guillaume Latendresse when they were suffering from concussions. Giroux's injury hasn't been classified as a concussion, but he was hit in the head two weeks ago while playing in Germany so it may be a possibility. Brisson would not go into detail regarding Giroux's treatment.
