Thomas Greiss joins Hannover of DEL

Thomas Greiss has agreed to a lockout-deal with the Hannover Scorpions of the Deutsche Eishockey Liga.
According to the team's website, he is slated to arrive in Hannover as early as Tuesday. Greiss played in 19 games with the Sharks last season, while serving as Antti Niemi's backup. He posted a 9-7-1 record with a 2.30 goals-against average and a .915 save percentage.
