Flames fan frustrated with hockey standoff

Calgary Flames fan Nolan Rettie has been so frustrated with the lockout that he returned his Robyn Regehr jersey to Gary Bettman.

The 25-year-old Rettie sent the package to TSN's James Duthie who tweeted the gist of the letter that Rettie also sent. "Dear Mr. Fehr and Mr Bettman, I am sending you the enclosed Flames jersey to inform you I am no longer a fan of the NHL or its players. I would describe myself as an average fan that used to go to two or three games a year and watch several more on TV. I do not know the intricate details associated with the current work stoppage and I don't care what they are. I feel both sides are being unreasonable and are at risk of losing an entire season. Both the NHLPA and the NHL should be embarrassed for allowing two lockouts in eight years. I think there are more fans that share the same feelings as myself and will not have the same support for the NHL when it does return. I will never attend another NHL game. Please keep my jersey, I won't need it." The fans are getting angry.
