Kendry Morales hires Scott Boras

Kendry Morales has hired Scott Boras as his new agent, reports Ken Rosenthal of FOXSports.com.
Rather convenient that this becomes public when it is revealed that Felipe Lopez decided to fire Boras. Morales, of course, was previously represented by the Hendricks brothers and played a part in Aroldis Chapman switching agents, as well. Morales is under team control through 2013, but will surely want a sizable raise with his first season of arbitration coming up. The 26-year-old first baseman batted .306/.355/.569 with 34 home runs and 108 RBI in '09.
