Ottawa will get back Sergei Gonchar Tuesday

Look for Sergei Gonchar (lower body) to return on Tuesday.
Ottawa took a big risk over the summer when they inked Gonchar to a three-year/$16.5 million contract. The thinking was that Gonchar might be able to make them a serious playoff contender, but the deal hasn't worked out for either side. Gonchar has struggled this season with 22 points and a minus-16 rating in 57 games. Meanwhile, the Senators have regressed as a team and they currently sit in last place in the Eastern Conference.
