Rookie Parsons scores 20 for Rockets

Rookie forward Chandler Parsons got hot early Tuesday and hit 9-of-16 shots and two 3-pointers for career highs of 20 points and seven rebounds in a win over Charlotte.
He's ben starting over Chase Budinger recently and while it seemed like a joke being played by Kevin McHale, Parsons had his coming out party tonight. Add in the fact Budinger was just 1-of-8 in 17 minutes off the bench, and Parsons probably isn't losing his job anytime soon. If you own a guy like James Johnson, Marvin Williams or Michael Beasley, pulling the trigger on Parsons could pay off. Just know he's a rookie and will be inconsistent, but all of the aforementioned players have issues of their own, too.
