The Thrashers acquired in him the Ilya Kovalchuk trade and he's already taken Kovalchuk's place on the first line. "The Bergfors kid, he's got eight power-play goals, so you've got to put him in," coach John Anderson said. "Without a practice it's kind of difficult to put him in and say, 'Go do some magic.' That's why we didn't play him on the power play [Saturday], but he's going to get some time obviously. Hopefully he can do something good." Bergfors is a solid prospect and worth keeping a close eye on, but it'll probably be a season or two before he has much fantasy value.
