Marcus Thornton bruised his thigh late in Sunday's game but played through the injury, scoring 13 points (5-of-16 shooting) with six rebounds before fouling out.
Thornton struggled from the field and his body language showed his frustration, but when he catches a spark on offense he can't be extinguished. His defense has even improved (relatively speaking) and he seems like a lock to average 20 points, 2.0 threes and 1.5 steals per game. We'll update his status if the bruised thigh becomes an issue.
