Zemgus Girgensons signs an entry-level deal

Zemgus Girgensons has signed an entry-level contract with the Buffalo Sabres, according to the University of Vermont.
Girgensons committed to the University of Vermont for the 2012-13 season, but it looks like he's decided to go pro and will have to pass up the scholarhip. He's expected to start the 2012-13 campaign with AHL Rochester. He's a nice guy to hold onto in keeper leagues, but he might not have any fantasy value next season.
