Corey Locke has been brought up from the minors by Ottawa.
The Senators are looking for any kind of spark right now and they are hoping that the AHL's leading scorer can be just what the doctor ordered. Locke has 55 points (15 goals, 40 assists) in 38 games this campaign with Binghamton, but he has never received much of a shot at the NHL level with just four games of experience under his belt since he was drafted by Montreal in 2003. He is slated to play on a line with with Ryan Shannon and Nick Foligno against the Islanders on Thursday.
