Dec. 15, 2009 - 4:35 PM ET

Jason Spezza may have suffered a serious injury to his right knee that could keep him sidelined for four-to-six weeks.

"It looks fairly serious. Right knee," said coach Cory Clouston. "It means we're going to have to be more of a team than ever. It's a great opportunity for some guys. We will know more tonight. It's all speculation right now." The injury occurred late in the third period of Monday's loss to Toronto when he got tangled up with Leafs' forward Lee Stempniak and felt his knee pop. Stay tuned as we will keep you posted on Spezza's status.
