Marian Gaborik was credited with a game-high seven shots in Monday's 3-2 overtime triumph over Washington.
However, he wasn't able to post a point so his four-game scoring streak was brought to an end. Gaborik had notched two goals and three assists over his past four playoff contests versus the Capitals, which is much better than he did in the opening round against the Ottawa Senators. He now has eight points in 12 postseason games.
