James Harden might have been the best player on the floor for Oklahoma City in Monday's triple-overtime win, scoring 19 points on 4-of-11 shooting (1-of-6 from downtown, 10-of-10 from the foul line) with seven rebounds, seven assists, and three blocks in 49 minutes of action off the bench.
There are random pockets of 'pro' and 'anti' camps for the performances by Russell Westbrook and Kevin Durant tonight, and while both are more talented than Harden -- he did more to help the team in his current role than either superstar. The myth about him having 'old man game' shouldn't fool you -- he is one of the most athletic players on the court every night, and Scott Brooks is blowing it not featuring him more.
