Deron Williams wants General Manager Billy King to improve the roster before he considers signing an extension with the Nets.
D-Will's first and only priority has always been about playing for a winning team, which the Nets are not. The team made a big splash by trading for him in the regular season, but it's ultimately going to be meaningless if they can't re-sign him long term.
