Bruins say coach Julien's job is safe
Zdeno Chara - D - Boston Bruins

Boston GM Peter Chiarelli has faith that coach Claude Julien will be able to turn the slumping Bruins around and he has no plans to fire him.

"That's my preference and that's my recommendation," said Chiarelli on a Boston radio station. "This is a collective thing that we do on these matters. I have full confidence in Claude and his staff to figure it out." The Bruins have lost four of their last five games, but they still hold the eighth spot in the Eastern Conference.
