John Tavares pots GWG in overtime

John Tavares scored the overtime winner as New York beat the Lightning 2-1 on Wednesday.
Tavares has struggled to reach his lofty expectations this season. He did provide a thrill for the home crowd as he lit the lamp for his ninth goal of the season in overtime. He also added an assist earlier in the night on P.A. Parenteau's sixth goal of the season. We expect Tavares to hit the 65-point plateau this season.
