Watson says D-Rose won MVP, league mum

Bulls guard C.J. Watson wrote on Friday evening, "congrats to [Derrick Rose] on winning the MVP he's played unbelievable this season!"
The league, which hasn't announced the winner of MVP voting, declined to comment on Watson's premature Tweet. The decision should become public in early May, however, and Rose is a virtual lock to take home the award and thus become the youngest MVP in league history.
