Thaddeus Young will be a restricted free agent this summer under the NBA's current collective bargaining agreement.
No one knows exactly what to expect with the NBA's potential labor unrest, but we wouldn't expect Young to change teams regardless. Still only 22, he's a true building block for the future of the Sixers. However, coach Doug Collins doesn't see Young being able to play more than 28-30 minutes right now. The fantasy upside is intriguing, but seemingly capped.
