Roy, Blazers pull off incredible comeback
Brandon Roy - G/F - Portland Trail Blazers
April 23, 2011 - 8:10 PM ET

Brandon Roy hit 9-of-13 shots and two 3-pointers for 24 points, four rebounds and five assists in just 24 minutes as the Blazers closed out Saturday's game on a 43-18 run, overcoming a 23-point deficit to stun the Mavericks and tie the series at 2-2.

Roy hit a 3-pointer and made the free throw after being fouled on the shot to tie, and then hit what turned out to be the game-winner on a short bank shot. He was 8-of-9 in the fourth quarter, and scored 21 of his points in the last 12:01 of the game, leading the Blazers to the unthinkable comeback. LaMarcus Aldridge added 18 points, six boards, four steals and three blocks, and it will be interesting to see how Dallas bounces back from this one. But the one thing we now know? Roy still has the ability to take over a basketball game.
