The Pacers slowly built a lead for three quarters, then held on to take Game 4 from the Bulls on Sunday, 89-84, avoiding a sweep in front of a shockingly pro-Chicago "home" crowd.
Roy Hibbert was aggressive and effective after a lousy Game 3, posting 16 points, 10 rebounds, and three blocks. Indiana shut down the Bulls' stagnant offense (aided by Derrick Rose's ankle sprain, of course) until the fourth quarter, when Chicago mounted another late-game rally to come as close as three points with under a minute remaining. Danny Granger played within himself, relatively speaking, and led his team with 24 points, 10 rebounds, four assists, and just one turnover.
