Manu Ginobili OK after playing in Game 2

Manu Ginobili said after Friday's practice that he is "at least as healthy" heading into Game 3 as he was prior to Game 2.
In other words, playing 34 minutes on Wednesday didn't cause any setbacks in his rehabilitation. He will likely continue to wear a bulky brace and his shot may suffer as a result, but he'll play if at all possible -- the Spurs need him on the court to succeed.
