Ron Artest double-doubles in big loss

Ron Artest, playing through a sore knee, hit 4-of-8 shots for 16 points, 11 rebounds and two 3-pointers in Sunday's surprising Game 1 loss to the Hornets.
It's scary to think of how badly the Lakers would have been beaten by New Orleans today had Artest not actually played a nice, controlled game. The Lakers trailed for most of this one and couldn't stop Chris Paul down the stretch, but it's hard to find much fault with anything Artest did today. Lamar Odom, on the other hand, was quiet with jsut 10 points and one rebound, while Pau Gasol was nearly invisisble.
